Orders can be placed easily and securely via our website 24 hours a day. You can also place orders over the phone by calling us at 800.380.5979 Monday - Saturday. Violin orders usually take 3-5 days to ship due to the required setup time. Order for bows, cases, or other accessories usually ship within one business day. If you'd like to talk to a person, you can place an order over the phone by calling us at 800.380.5979 or you can email us at customerservice@violinpros.com. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments.

Can I Talk to a Person?

Absolutely! Please call us at 800.380.5979 and we are happy to answer your questions and talk you through your violin, bow, or accessory purchase. Our business hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday MST.

How long will shipping take?

Our primary shipping methods are UPS ground and USPS priority which normally deliver shipments in the continental USA within 5-7 days. When considering transit time, remember that violin orders take additional to ship due to the required setup time. For a more specific time estimates, please contact us.
