Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States and offer free shipping within the continental USA on orders over $99. Traditionally, violin orders will ship within 5-10 business days. This is dependent on the availably of the model, setup, and weather as we won't ship a new violin over a cold weekend. Please contact us if you have any questions about how quickly we will be able ship a violin order. Orders for bows, cases, and accessories normally ship within one business day unless they are paired with a violin. In the event that a product is out of stock or there's an issue with your order, we'll notify you via email within one business day.

International Shipping

We ship violins within the United States and Canada. Traditionally, we will not ship violins overseas as the risk of damaging the instrument is too high. However, we will ship violins to freight forwarding companies with locations in the USA. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please contact us and we are happy to answer your questions. 

10-day Home Trial Return Policy

We offer 10-day home trials for Violins and Bows with a maximum limit of 2 violins and 3 bows per trial. The products will ship for free and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the products are returned to Violin Pros you will be promptly refunded for the cost of the items. To return a product, please contact us and we will send you the return shipping information.  To qualify for a full refund, merchandise must be in new or like-new condition, must contain all the original accessories and be returned in the original packaging. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all costs involved in getting you a new product and/or returning the original product. You will NEVER incur a cost if you receive a defective product or if we make a mistake.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards -- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express -- along with PayPal.  We do not take personal checks, money orders or CODs.  If you'd like to pay with your bank account - also known as an e-check - we recommend opening and using a PayPal account as they provide this funding option.
