The 700 series violins are in the Krutz Artisan line of instruments and are a significant step up from the Krutz 300 & 400 series. The Krutz 700 is made from Asian wood and partially crafted in the Krutz private Beijing workshop before being shipped in rough & unfinished form to Kansas City where professional luthiers perform extensive finishing work. The 700 series violins are graduated, fitted with an advanced bassbar, and varnished in the KC workshop. Krutz Artisan 700 series instruments have greater projection and tonal resonance which is ideal for advancing students and amateur adult players. The Krutz 750 is simlar to the 700 but features european wood and is crafted in Romania.
